Derby City Hospital

The prospect of undertaking demolition works, adjacent to an operational hospital required detailed analysis, co-ordination and co-operation from all parties involved in the project.

Prior to commencing the demolition of buildings, each "live" ward had to be permanently sealed by new construction works and 5 year warranted external cladding system.

With a client programme of 6 weeks for the demolition of 11 buildings, site clearance and recycling operations, DSM provided a range of specialist plant & equipment, supplemented by its own trained workforce.
