Baskerville House

The redevelopment of the Grade II listed Baskerville House in Birmingham will provide a selection of modern offices at this Centenary Square location.

In addition to the facade many of the internal features have provided the basis for it's listing. Prior to the internal demolition works, and following a detailed photographic survey all elements had to be carefully removed or protected in-situ.

The use of remote controlled plant, lowered into the basement area, has ensured a reduced contract programme.

The nature of the building required ongoing structural investigation works to be carried out concurrent with the internal demolition and strip out works.
